1. Booking & Date Confirmation

Wedding dates are officially reserved only upon the receipt of the agreed booking advance and completion of a signed service contract. Inquiries alone do not hold dates.

2. Travel, Stay & Logistics

For destination weddings and outstation shoots outside Delhi NCR, transportation (flights/trains), hotel lodging, meals, and local transit are provided as specified in your quotation. Any location entry tickets or photography shoot permits are client-paid.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround

Deliverable specifications, album counts, and timelines are agreed upon in the booking contract. Edited photographs are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, and cinematic films within 6-10 weeks, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.

4. Permissions & Drone Regulations

Drone aerial cinematography is subject to legal airspace regulations, weather safety, and venue permissions. Where local laws prohibit drone operation, ground-based cinematography will be executed without compromise.
